We are a Fully Integrated Cannabis Company located in Boring, OR

Our company operates licensed retail dispensaries, Indoor & greenhouse cultivation, wholesale and extraction facilities in the State of Oregon.

We are looking for Exceptional Customer Service with a "Yes" attitude

Someone who is a positive, self-motivated, personality that is willing to work.

Hours: weekdays 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with some days a little longer, depending on travel.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cultivate Business with Local Cannabis Dispensaries
• You would have assigned accounts and would be responsible for outreach, visits, sales, and business development at each account in your book of business
• Attend Weekly Sales Meetings (Remote or In-Person, when possible)
• Log All Activity, Sales, and Information In Computer Software Systems
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
• Daily Reporting To VP of WholeSale
• Meet Certain KPIs

(Sales key performance indicators (KPIs) are metrics that help sales teams measure their effectiveness and efficiency, with the overall goal of improving methodologies and processes to drive sales.)

• Dispensary Visits
• Sales Calls/Texts/Emails
• Always strive to increase sales revenue
• Educate Budtenders and Purchasing Managers on our Product Line
• Work with existing accounts to expand market share and shelf space for our brands
• Running Circular Manifests
• Daily Travel Within the state of Oregon
• Periodic overnight travel
• Weekly One-On-One Coaching and Support
• Other job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ Years of Age
• Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
• Technology literacy (METRC, Google drive, POS)
• Ability to lift 30+ Pounds
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation

Compensation

• Base Salary of $40k-$60k (for Full-Time Employee)
• Uncapped Commissions on Sales Collected
